A short biography
About
Since 2001
I’m Manuel Re. I take over enterprise programs that have stalled and get them live, and I have stayed close enough to the technology to build as well as govern. Twenty‑five years of it now, across banking, automotive, member services and global media.
What that work taught me is that the technical part is rarely the hard part. So this is where I write about the rest: why change is difficult even when everyone agrees it is needed, what governance is actually for, and where applied AI earns its place inside a live program rather than a pilot. I’m the author of Zen and the Art of Project Management, and I build the tools the work needs at Company31, much of it in the open at c31labs.
